A Psych Grunge trio from Leeds brings a visceral experience like no other. Delivering to the stage swirling soundscapes, intense aggressive overtones and enough energy to fuel the darkest of flames in the brightest of days. Brooders is formed of Adam Bairstow, Liam Naylor and Adam Speare, a power trio of energy bouncing around within a twisted reality. Channeling the realism of tragedy, anger, passion, loss and reflection into a powerful expanse of raw energy, Brooders take the term Psych-Grunge to a level above and beyond expectations.

‘Utterly compelling’- RATTLE MAG

‘one of the most exciting bands to emerge from that scene, with their pell-mell assault of fuzzed up guitars and killer tunes.’- THE CRACK

‘Daring, dangerous and dirty in places, whilst tranquil and melodic in others- Brooders have mastered the art of versatility in this debut release.’- REBEL CULTURE

“...brave and fascinating...” CLASH Magazine It’s fair to say that 2016 was a good year for GLASS MOUNTAIN. Arriving without fanfare in June with their debut GLACIAL EP, a release that grabbed the attention and imagination of the likes of Clash Magazine and Tom Robinson at BBC Introducing, and earned the band the highest accolade at the Leeds Music Video Awards, GLASS MOUNTAIN continued to mesmerise until the year’s end. Taking great pride over everything related to the band, those brief six months spawned beautifully crafted gatefold CDs, 10” vinyl, cassettes, their own zine and highly-prized T-shirts. Taking their name from a David Hockney etching, GLASS MOUNTAIN formed eighteen months ago in Bradford, steadfastly proud of the city’s heritage yet fully conscious of the neglect and under-investment their city has had to endure. Through adversity and austerity, however, great art often shines; and GLASS MOUNTAIN shine brilliantly.

Their music soars and swerves with a bravery and delicacy that reflects the lyrical sentiments; truthful and poetic, and accompanied by waves of crashing guitars that soar immeasurably. If anyone feared that GLACIAL was the band’s singular mesmerising, breath-taking epic ... well, fear not.

We've been emotionally involved for years but only became Rehash in 2015. We are all 5ft 9ish tall. They leave us alone in a room and this is what happens. Noah's favourite colour is brown. We like fastening bits of stuff together and shaking them to see if they fall apart. Chris pulled off one of Michael's fingers for his 12th birthday. Our music makes perfect sense to us - not a lot else does. Dan is getting tired of hats. Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/rehash.sheffield/ Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kJdAqOVO5L0
